At APWS we are trusted coaches and mentors for the home and the overseas investor, assisting them to build substantial wealth at a pace that suits their pockets, lifestyles and decision making processes.
We are constantly looking for the right minded and professional people to help us grow and support our client base. Whether you are a licensed real estate professional, an organisation or individual, who is well connected with property investment minded people - then we want to hear from you.

Referral Phase (3 levels)
If you are able to refer us to a friend or colleague, APWS will pay you a generous fixed fee for each successful referral. In addition, if you would like to earn some extra, but substantial money, APWS will gladly pay you per referral, that goes on to create a new client for APWS.
If you are an organisation (company or association) and would like to work with APWS as a Strategic Affiliate, or you are able to be an Organised Marketing Affiliate we would like to talk with you.
In-home Phase
Meeting client(s) at their place of choice (normally their house or office) at their convenience, to provide unbiased, professional education and support services. APWS will provide you with full training to ensure your competency and ability in delivering the appropriate information in an appropriate manner.
Ideally suited to a person who already owns investment property and able to directly relate with the client the importance of wealth creation for the future, and earn themselves very rewarding fees in the process.
Property Run Phase
To take the client(s) to view various land/house and resort plans, that have been identified as being suitable from the information compiled and individual goals set. You will need to have very pleasant and professional inter-personal skills. Ideally suited to an existing real-estate professional wishing to work additional hours, to earn very generous fees
